About Cory...

Cory Christine Culpepper has lived in Austin for over ten years and quickly established her self in the local real estate marketplace. She started in real estate development with Trammell Crow, and it was there that she obtained her broad-based knowledge of the industry. She has been a licensed real estate agent for almost 8 years specializing in sales, leasing, and property management. Cory hit the ground running, having an impressive multi-million dollar business since her first year.

Her reputation for customer service is transposed through her close friendships with clients, investors, and property management inter-action. Cory joined the van Heuven team in 2005, and looks forward to providing rewarding service for downtown and the greater Austin area.
