About Brandi...

Brandi Gunaca is a native Texan who has lived in Austin for 6 years. Brandi is currently pursuing a degree in Communications with a minor in Business from the University of Texas. She has been in the real estate industry in Austin since 2004. Brandi handles the marketing operations at van Heuven Properties, and also assists as a closing co-coordinator for the team. She enjoys running and kayaking at Lady Bird Lake, hiking the trails of the green belt and takes pleasure in the many local restaurants that Austin has to offer. Brandi resides downtown, and enjoys the urban lifestyle and fast paced yet laid back environment.
